Before your document is issued
Cancel at any time before we issue your document and we refund the full amount.
After your document is issued
- If we made an error, we correct and reissue the document free, including a new booklet.
- If we can’t correct it, or can’t verify your application, we refund in full.
- Because the document is personalised, we can’t otherwise refund it once issued, except where consumer law in your country gives you that right.
Shipping
Express shipping fees are refunded if the parcel ships later than our stated dispatch time.
How to ask
Email hello@internationalpermitdoc.com with your order reference. We reply within one business day and refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
