INTERNATIONAL PERMIT AUTHORITY LLC is the controller of the personal data you give us on this site. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect

Legal bases
We process order data to perform our contract with you, accounting data to meet legal obligations, and limited analytics data with your consent where consent is required.
Who we share it with
- Payment processing (e.g. Stripe)
- Secure file storage and hosting providers
- Printing and postal or courier services, for printed booklets
- Email delivery providers
We don’t sell your data. Some providers are in the United States; transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
Security
Uploads travel over encrypted connections and are stored encrypted, with access limited to staff who process orders.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing, by emailing hello@internationalpermitdoc.com. If you are in the EU, UK or a US state with privacy rights, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
